What is Summer Bridge?
The Summer Bridge program is a FREE five-week program designed to help our incoming freshmen students acclimate to the rigorous demands of college as well as give students the advantage of becoming oriented to the University before their first semester officially begins in the fall. They will also earn credits that will count towards their degree.

Summer Bridge
Summer Bridge takes place each summer from mid-July to mid-August with an on-campus orientation offered at the end of June. Students will also participate in classes to earn college credit and take part in activities Monday through Friday of each week. Attendance is required for all orientation programming, classes, and academic support. Participation in evening social activities is strongly encouraged.
Am I Eligible?
Summer Bridge is for incoming first-year students for Fall who want an early start to college and are majoring in sciences, admitted to the College of Arts and Sciences, School of Nursing or School of Business. Space is limited so apply early!
